Fabrique Microfiber Blue - Overstuffed Soft Couch, Loveseat, & Accent Chair Set in Round Rock, TX

This blue, microfiber, couch set is overstuffed and super comfortable; originally purchased from Turner's Fine Furniture in Tallahassee, FL for $1200! It is in USED - GOOD condition because it shows some signs of wear from moving to TX but has 1 original owner over the past 10 years. See pictures!Picture 1 is all 3 pieces in the set, including the couch, loveseat, and accent chair.Picture 2 is the loveseat and accent chair.Picture 3 is the couch and accent chair.While there are the following cosmetic issues, they are in places that are very hard to see, only noticeable if pointed out, and they can easily be fixed with microfiber glue, making this an amazing deal! Just don't want there to be any surprises... There is a small rip in the lower front right side of the couch.There are some snags in back corners of the couch.There is a small rip in the lower front left side of the loveseat.The backside of the loveseat had some rips along the top that were repaired with black microfiber glue.There are some snags in the back corners of the accent chair.Feel free to ask questions!
